- 1. Payments:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining payment is due 30 days prior to Guest check-in. For bookings made within 30 days, full payment will be required to confirm the booking. All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with the Villa.
- 2. Cancellation policies:
Fifty percent of the base rental amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the base rental amount will not be refunded, but the reservation dates may be traded for an equal period of time within 6 months of the original reservation. We recommend that guests have comprehensive travel insurance that provides coverage for cancellation, loss and damage to baggage and other property, and flight delays.
