- Butler service: your butler/housekeeper is there to prepare your breakfast, clean rooms and help you whatever you need—getting groceries, organizing a day trip, scooter hire, booking tours, arranging in-house spa massage, preparing cocktails by the pool, and anything else you need to make your holiday perfect.
- Daily continental breakfast is included during your stay. Choice includes fruit platter, toast, cereals, eggs, pancake, yogurt, fresh fruit juice, and Balinese coffee and tea. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know.
- Mini-bar service: Your fridge will be stock with the beverage of your choice such as beer, wine, and soft drinks (we will ask your preference prior to your arrival. Please see the provisioning service below).
- High-speed fibre optic wireless internet.
- Night time security guard (9pm – 7am).
- Mobile phone with local sim card will be provided free of charge so that you can call food delivery, driver, or our villa manager if need any help.
- Airport pick up is included for rentals over 3 nights and round trip transfer is included for rentals over 5 nights.
The following services can be arranged with additional fees:
- Car/driver service: Airport transfer is Rp 325,000 each way. For local transfer, we have a very reliable driver who can take you anytime, anywhere you desire with reasonable fees. Please ask us for more details.
- In house dining: Our talented butler/housekeeper can cook Indonesian and western style cuisine for lunch and dinner for a small service fee (Rp 150,000 for lunch, Rp200,000 for dinner or Rp 300,000 for both, plus costs of grocery). All meals prepared in house will be charged at a cost basis and grocery bills will be presented to you at the end of your stay.
- Provisioning service: If you have a list of items you need to stock up your fridge or other small non-food items (e.g. sunscreen), our staff will do the shopping for you with small fees (20% service fees applied to the grocery bill).
- Massages: You can enjoy a variety of massages right here at Villa Nalika. Our Balinese bale by the river is a perfect setting but you can have them anywhere you like on the premises. Please ask our staff for spa menus.
- Child care: We can arrange a babysitter for Rp 50,000/hour during daytime and Rp 60,000/hour after 6pm.
- Laundry service: There is a laundry basket in each bathroom.
- Private yoga classes: We have a list of private yoga lessons and the cost depends on the size of the group and style of yoga (detail can be found in our information booklet).
- Baby goods hire: On request we can provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge. We can also arrange for the hire of other baby goods such as baby monitor, safety gates and a pool fence.
- Scooter hire with 2 helmets is Rp70,000 (around US$5)/day or Rp 80,000 (around US$6)/day with surf rack.
- Surf lesson and gear hire: Canggu and adjacent Pererenan has one of the best surf spots in Bali that attract surfers from all over the world. There are many surf lessons and gear hire options available. Please ask us for details.
